Steelers Logo: “Steelmark” was created by U.S. Steel, then owned by the American Iron and Steel Institute, so that the logo represents the entire industry. While the original logo Steelmark called “steel”, the petition AISI team to replace the word “Steelers”. Steelmark was originally conceived as part of a broad public relations campaign to educate and convince the American consumer about the importance of steel in their daily lives. Logo
