Borders to shut down for good after deal collapses
Apparently that “buying something” thing isn't happening often enough for Borders to be a business anymore; As of today the WSJ is reporting that Borders will be closing its 399 stores and laying off 11000 employees.Borders Group Inc. inched closer to liquidation Sunday after a bidding deadline passed without offers that would keep the U.S.'s second-largest bookstore chain in business, said people familiar with the matter.Bankrupt Borders Group Inc said it has canceled its auction
