Karina Smirnoff, a professional dancer on "Dancing With the Stars," has revealed that she and her boyfriend Brad Penny, a professional baseball player most recently with the St. Louis Cardinals, have been engaged since Oct. 4. The couple began dating in October 2009, shortly after Smirnoff and fellow 'DWTS' pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy called off their engagement.
