Radiation Leak in Japan’s Plants Damaged by Earthquake

Japan has been hit pretty hard by Friday’s 8.9 magnitude earthquake. The city is now facing problems stemmed out of the quake’s damage and now it has been issued a warning of possible radiation leak on Saturday by authorities.

Around 3,000 residents in 3 km radius have been evacuated to prevent a more serious disaster. Rising pressure was registered in two of Tokyo Electric Power Co’s (TEPCO) nuclear plants located about 150 miles from Tokyo: The Daiichi and the Daini plant.
