That was a cheap, classless shot, if Boston’s Kevin Garnett did call Charlie Villanueva a “cancer patient” during Tuesday’s game at the Palace, an allusion to the alopecia universalis that causes the Piston’s hair loss.
That’s what the Villanueva charged via Twitter early Wednesday, though Garnett later denied it in a statement.
