Diet Soda Linked to Heart Stroke Risk

According to new research there might be a link between drinking diet soda and heart stroke risks. The new studies suggest that people who drink diet soda every day have a higher risk of having a heart attack than those who don’t drink soda at all.

According to Dr. Steven Greenberg, vice chairman of the International Stroke Conference in California, the study should be “a wakeup call to pay attention to diet sodas.” The solution is simply to avoid drinking any type of soda.
